We don't ship a 12-month commitment on the back of a 20-minute demo. We ship a focused pilot, on a perimeter you choose, with a result you defined before we started.

Define the KPI together
You set the success threshold before we start. Examples : 'NPS up 4pts in 90 days', 'reply time under 2h on negative reviews', 'occupancy forecast accurate within 5%'. Your barre, not ours.

Weeks 1–13
90 days of agents at work
Echo + Horizon run on your 5 pilot hotels. Daily briefings, weekly digests, quarterly review at week 6. You see everything we see — no black box. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Decide chain-wide
We meet, look at the KPI you defined, and decide together. If we hit it, you scale to the rest of the group at the same Founding rate. If we don't, you walk — no invoice, no awkwardness.

- Why is the Founding rate €149 and not lower?
- Because we need to build a sustainable business, not a discount competition. €149/hotel/month is below market for a multi-agent suite — TrustYou and ReviewPro start at €300-400/hotel for reputation alone, without bookings or forecast. Our pilot is the discount : 90 days to validate before the rate even applies. If we don't earn the contract on results, you walk.
- Can we pay annually upfront?
- Yes — 10% off if billed yearly. At Retail (€399), that's €4,309/hotel/year instead of €4,788. At Founding (€149), that's €1,609 instead of €1,788. We invoice once, you forecast once. The pilot itself is never prepaid — only the post-pilot contract.
- Does it connect with our PMS ?
- OfiHotel is connected today (used on Pezo since launch). Mews and Cloudbeds are on the Q1 2027 roadmap. Opera and Protel come later. If your PMS isn't on the list, we still run Echo (reputation works on any PMS — we read public review platforms) and Horizon partially (manual occupancy upload weekly). Full connector takes 2-3 weeks of dev when prioritized.
- GDPR — what do you do with our guest data ?
- We don't store guest PII beyond what's already public in the review (name, public review text). Booking data stays in your PMS — we read snapshots, we don't replicate. EU-based hosting (Supabase Frankfurt). DPA available, signed before pilot start. Subprocessor list maintained at xenia.khelys.dev/legal/subprocessors. No third-party LLM training on your data.
- How long does setup take ?
- 14 days from kickoff to first daily briefing, measured on Pezo (Tenant #01). Week 1 : PMS connector + scrapers calibration. Week 2 : review history backfill (90 days) + voice tuning for replies + first dry-run briefing. Day 14 : you receive the first morning briefing for real. No staff training required — the briefing is designed to be read in 90 seconds with coffee.
- What if Hermès gets hit by a bus ?
- Fair question. Hermès is the founder, but XENIA is a Khelys product, not a Hermès product. Khelys is incorporated (Khelys SAS, France), the code is hosted on GitHub with versioned releases, and a contractual continuity clause guarantees you 6 months of service + source escrow access in case of founder incapacity. We're solo today by choice — not by accident. The continuity is engineered.
